JUKI successfully closes the integration of Sony EMCS

The last milestone in this highly exciting and promising fusion in the SMT assembly industry has been reached. Only an antitrust enquiry on the side of the Chinese authorities remained open. It has been now concluded and the approval for the association was given. Sony EMCS will be an official legal part of JUKI Automation Systems Corporation from 1st March 2014.

The wide range of products comprises over 300 digital versions which generate up to five million pixels and several hundreds of pictures per second.
