What is the validity of your offers?
Unless there are other agreements, out offers have a validity of 30 days from date of issue.
Do we need a transport insurance?
No, as we have a transport insurance which covers the transport of the equipment to the first installation site.
Do we have to organize transport by ourselves?
Generally no. We organize transport for you as we can rely on a networt of qualified forwarders.
Shall we simply send back returns?
No. Please check returns with us in advance. Returns will only be accepted if they are accompanied by a Return-ID issued by us, otherwise delivery will be refused.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. Orders below a value of EUR 200,- will be subject to a small-volume surcharge of EUR 30,- though.
