High-speed, high-accuracy mounting The new FX-3 Super High-speed Mounter features two placement stations, each with two head beams. The mounter is equipped with the new and high precision laser alignment system exclusive to JUKI.
With a total of 24 nozzles and 120 single 8mm tape feeders the machine reaches a speed of 60'000 CPH (0.06 sec/chip) according to the IPC9850 standard. The new super mounter places components from 01005 to 33.5mm and allows a maximum board size of 410 x 360mm on the L, 510 x 360mm on the L-wide and 610 x 510 mm on the XL model.CPH: chip (laser centering / IPC 9850). |
