Juki Automation had just cause to be there, showing for the first time in the UK its highly flexible placement system, the KE2080 with Intelligent Feeder system and Traceability function.
This system has become one of Juki's most popular systems due to the flexibility of component range that it can handle. Then, of course, on the back of the launch of Juki's latest high-speed placement machine, the FX3 is capable of placing components at speeds up to 60,000 cph.
Juki was expecting great things from the NEW show. On Tuesday, the show was relatively quiet and we were beginning to wonder if this was going to be the pattern for the three days. On Wednesday, the show really came alive ? what a difference 24 hours can make.
There was quite a buzz about the place. Juki Automation saw many new potential customers and much interest in the KE2080 machine, but also enquiries about our latest FX3 machine. Thursday was much the same as Wednesday, not quite as many visitors, but nonetheless very good quality of attendees and visitors to our stand. Although the number of visitors to the show was disappointing, overall Juki was delighted with the NEW show.
According to Phil Stokes, Juki's UK Sales Manager, this was one of the best electronics trade shows in the UK for many years. ?We are glad that we supported the show with equipment and this is a show that we will definitely do again.? |
