  JUKI treats ease of handling as of supreme importance. This is demonstrated by the Matrix Tray Changer, where an indicator light shows which tray is empty. Preparation and replenishment of the components is made far easier. In addition, with its super low speed mode, the problem of components becoming increasingly smaller and also correspondingly lighter is counteracted. In this respect, the operational speed of the shuttle arm can be adjusted so that even light components are correctly positioned at the pick position of the pick and place machine. With the tray base orientation check, laying components in the tray the wrong way round is a thing of the past. The correct position of the tray is checked before the start of production with the help of a sensor. If a problem exists, the operator receives an error message. |
