Multi-nozzle vision centering (MNVC) Standard for KE-2055R
Using the optional multi-nozzle vision centering (MNVC), fine-pitch components up to 20 x 20 mm can be measured and centered on the quadruple placement head. This almost doubles the placement rate for small fine-pitch components.
Height measurement system (HMS)
This system automatically measures the component height in the tape or stick at the pick position and saves the data in the placement program, thus increasing pick-up reliability and further reducing set-up time.
Component verification (CVS)
Resistors, capacitors and 2-pin diodes can be checked for correct polarity and verified electrically. The CVS option uses specially designed insulated pick-up nozzles.

Coplanarity check (3D)
Checks the coplanarity of all QFP leads and BGA balls. The tolerances for each ball or lead can be customized as needed. All measurement results are displayed and can be saved graphically or in tabular form.
Rear operation unit
In order to offer the same operational ease as at the front side of the machine, a second monitor, track ball and keyboard can be installed at the rear side.
Feeder position indicator (FPI)
If the machine fails to pick a component or a part runs out, the feeder position is indicated by a LED. This function is also active during the teaching of feeder positions.
Flex Calibration Systems (FCS) Only for R-Serie
Many Companies' Quality Management Systems require periodic Machine Capability Analysis (MCA) on their production equipment. The FCS system allows an automatic measurement of your Juki machine and documents the accuracy of the system with the possibility to correct any deviations.
Auto-width conveyor (AWC)
This option automatically adjusts the width of the PWB conveyor when a production file is opened.
