Easy, fast and accurate setup
The Setup Control System (SCS) is a software and hardware package designed to improve the accuracy and reduce the time for feeder setup. The SCS extracts the feeder information from almost any production file. A bar code scanner is used to compare the component number, and the feeder bank slot number. The PC stores the feeder data which the setup wizard displays.
